Cookie

Cookie is a perfect name for me. Everyone loves cookies, don't they? I hope so, and I hope someone will love me. I was found as a stray, so nothing is known about my history. But that’s ok. I can tell you that when I arrived here, I was more friendly and liked petting. I have been here a couple of years now, and I don't like so many other cats around me. I always have to be on guard, which makes me kind of cranky. So I am not as affectionate as I once was. But I think that will change once I get in a home.
I'm an independent girl. If you don't need a lap cat but want a friend who can be alone, I'm your girl. I like to have my own space. I like to connect with people; I'm just not a lovey dovey cat. But I want to be part of a family -- perhaps you and a could be a family?
I am a good looking cat. No one else here looks like me. Sadly, I am scared of other cats, so this place is somewhat scary for me, because there are a lot of cats here.
