Hi, I'm Cruiser. I am a wonderful boy that will take your heart away. I'm a gentle older gentleman who really wants a home. I was brought to the MaxFund from another shelter. That's a lot of movement for an older guy like me. Of course, I hope to move one more time - and that's into a forever home with you!
I am a sweet cat who loves attention. I am a big boy, but I will crawl right in your lap or on the edge of your lap. That's where I belong; don't ya think? The problem is that here at the shelter, there are lots of youngsters clamoring for attention and lap space. I don't really want to have to fight for a lap. I'd rather just go home with you and have a lap of my own. I also like to be pet and receive love.
I have tested positive for FIV. What does that mean for you? It means I should be the only cat in your house, or you should have other FIV cats. FIV is not transmittable to dogs or humans, so no need to worry about that. In fact, FIV is not easily transmitted to other cats either. But frankly, I am a fabulous guy. I am all you need. So I hope you won't be deterred and realize I am a lover who needs a home.
I limp when I walk. But I still get around, and I'll roll over on my side for you to pet me. I am quite handsome. Do you need some serenity and balance in your home? I am a serene, peaceful guy. I can help you find peace and serenity. I am not happy here at the shelter. Please, come get me. You can foster me or adopt me. Just come here today and take me home. This is no place for a gentle soul like me.
